And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Looks like its open ocean. I would bet Cougar Ace in Gulf of Alaska. They towed it to a safe anchorage and got her righted. One man killed during the rescue (he lost his grip and slid down hitting his head).
Not exactly. That appears to be the bow. You can see the anchor blisters on either side, and the "forefoot" extending beyond the hull length. Running in reverse for some reason. The bridge has windows full width. They generally don't bother to give the pilot that much vision of where they have been. More important to see where they are heading.
