And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? A Clark Kelley Price print called "Out of Nowhere"
Borrowing from the artist's notes:
"This was a real incident that happened to a friend of ours named Kellen and his son named Adam, in Star Valley, WY. They went hunting on the south end of the valley and successfully downed a buck. While preparing to clean the buck, Adam went to get something from the saddle on his horse, and while doing so, he heard his dad behind him yelling. Turning around, he saw a mountain lion about to attack his father. Adam quickly pulled his rifle, took aim, and just as the lion raised up to rake Kellen with his sharp claws, Adam put a bullet through the cat's heart."
