IF you notice the areas around the "TOPCOAT" you will see it has been MILLED with a rotomill(GRINDER). IF you have carbide teeth missing the shank(or holder) is all that is left. IT LEAVES little streaks of the top lift of stinking asphalt, Due to MISSING TEETH.IF you do not replace the teeth you WILL BE welding new shanks on. NOW dispute that....IF so, it better a DANDY...LIKE you
