And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Don't buy these: The Estwing 4.5 lb Fireside Friend Splitting Maul is heavily criticized for exactly this reason: its concave (hollow-ground) head profile behaves like a wedge in reverse, causing it to pinch and get tightly stuck in logs.
I have the 8 lb and it is my go to maul for splitting on site. Makes me feel like Paul Bunyan splitting 30 inch oak, have nicknamed her Babe the blue Ax
