And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The fog crossing the road reminds me of the Blue Ridge Pkwy. around a mile east of US 321 near Blowing Rock. 1,500'+ drop to a valley south. Happened almost every morning after sunrise during warm weather.
I had an old school friend that lived down a road with a one lane bridge. One day his house caught on fire and the firetrucks had to take the long way round because they wouldn't fit over the bridge. His house burned to the ground.
Nice Friday collection!
