The dark eyebrows are probably dyed or eyebrow pencil to draw attraction to the eyes and the emphasized eyebrow arch, The lipstick is the wrong shade of red - for her. Posers will have light-weight stuff dangling from their facial chains; all the cool kids will hang the really heavy stuff, like cinderblocks or student debt statements.
