And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Muddy #7 race car with handwritten advertising on the side for Smith’s Used Parts in Warren, PA with a tow truck with lettered advertising on the side for Hayes Motor Sales and Collision Service.
The car appears to be (or was) a 1931 Model-A Ford 2-door deluxe phaeton. A sought after uncommon body style by Model-A restorer's. Originally the car had an up-draft Zenith carburetor. Now it is a down-draft Stromberg manifold with most likely a Stromberg carburetor. The tow truck looks to be a mid 30's to later 30's International, maybe.
