And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
yep....tires for their Ferrari 312 T2s. Niki won the drivers championship and Ferrari the constructors championship that year (1977) only a year after his near fatal crash at the Nürburgring.
Got to watch indy cars practice on the road course at Loudon, (NH), they where fuel tuning that day. Blew my mind, they chewed up and went thru tires like they where tissue paper, its a pretty tight road course. After they donated enough used up tires in one day, we had enough to bolt together 3 row high movable crash barriers for us motorcycle road racers, to cover all the high speed crash zones located around the whole track. Soft enough to provide some protection, rugged enough to pretty much stop a bike from bouncing off.
