And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
So, just before the Wright Brothers, Native Americans have their version of advance civ. Not wanting to be a hater, but America is awesome because of the settler nation.
Such is progress over millenia. Some adjust and do well and some don't. This century is the first where there's a living to be made bleating about how unfair it all was and some in my country (not the US) look back fondly at the days of cannibalism, infanticide and short lifespans. Stupid is as stupid does.
