And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
One of the better looking colors, but Plum Crazy just didn't last very long. It faded, peeled and fractured kind of quickly. I had a 69 Super Bee in what everyone "lovingly" referred to as "Gorilla Snot Green" with a 383 and an A727 automatic.
My dad was a used car salesman in the 50s. He used to say that you can't sell a green or purple car. If they took such a car in trade, they'd get it resprayed before putting it on the lot. Admittedly it was a very different time.
I had a lot of good times in the back seat of a 69 Charger that belonged to my buddy. He with his honey in the front and me back there with mine. I kinda wish I hadn’t thought about it but, we were living it then.
Plums.
