Some years back Cops found a teen male unconscious, breathing, and supine along the highway, called for EMS. I was first medical responder on scene. Raised one eye lid and SHAZAM?! His iris looked like a spider web. Took me a moment to realize what I was looking at, I had not seen contact lenses like that until then. For a moment it was like out of a scifi movie at the point where the first clue aliens are taking over is discovered.
