And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The plates on the vehicles are european. The guy in a track suit riding a bike and the driving styles give off an eastern-european vibe to me. Romania?
Not even sure who’s in the wrong on this one. Been driven around in Mexico many times seeing the same type of “here I come, make a hole” style. Probably would die doing it on my own…either from getting hit within 5 minutes or starvation from waiting 2 weeks for an “opening” in traffic.
I'm guessing there was a traffic light, not in frame, controlling the intersection. The car entering from the left seemed to think they had right of way and the bike rider also. But if the bike rider wasn't obviously keeping an eye on traffic and braked before the hit, he would be dead.
