  1. I live in the county that produces more than half of the Vidalia onion crop. We produce more onions than any other county in the nation. The last of this years crop is being harvested right now.

    2. My pops knew a truck driver who brought loads of those can’t goodness onions every year and he’d buy a case. They’re the best!! He’d wrap each onion individually in a pice of newspaper and keep them in the ice box..
Not sure why he did that….

  2. Just got a giant bag of Oh So Sweet onions to make a big batch of onion jam. Gonna try out my new Weber flat top grill. Might do a batch of bacon jam too.

  3. your idea is pretty bizarre. I have always loved onions but now I get violently ill, throwing up and diarrhea and you think I should grow up at age 75??? I will be polite here and suggest you grow up and shut up

  4. I ate a bunch of fried onions recently and an hour later I destroyed my toilet, septic tank, took the wall paper off 3 rooms, was unfriended by 2 neighbors and lost 40 pounds to boot in just 2 minutes.

  5. I've grown up, I've learned to like onions, but I'm still gonna be picky about how I like them in my food. I don't like long strings of raw onion in my food. Caramelized onions on burgers are top-tier though.

  6. My Ex Step Brother In Law had a 10,000 acre onion farm down around Carrizo Springs. And I mean 10,000 cultivated acres with private airstrip and 4 Ag Planes. My Step Sister would drop by the house with a 100 lb. bag of onions from time to time. There were a lot of onions. A lot. You have to store them on racks so they don't touch each other. Then she got divorced from him and his onions.
