And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Compare this to the truck in the post below. Which will still be around in twenty years?
If the batteries haven't exploded from the heat by then (that is Saudi Arabia where temperatures hit 120ºF to 140ºF quite regularly in the summer)--the car wouldn't run unless you replace the batteries at a cost of $20K or more.
Honestly, I think it's a 3/4 or maybe 1/2 scale model of Elon's future Mars rovers. They will have to be electric vehicles, but they'll have nuclear reactors to charge from.
Somebody will mount the stainless body on a 4 wheel drive pick-up frame, think it would be pretty decent mod vehicle

DeleteDoesn't the Tesla remind you of the vehicles in those cheesy, B-flick sci-fi movies made in the late 60s and early 70s?

DeleteI keep saying to me looks like a 1930s armor car, say one here recently done in all black. Sd-kftz 2024
DeleteThat's because some folks actually care about old classic cars. Tesla truck? Meh.
ReplyDeleteNot saying I like anything Tesla, but what IS the lifespan of a camel? ;-)
ReplyDelete40 - 50 years.
DeleteThe electronics will have failed in the Tesla long before twenty years.
ReplyDeleteThe Tesla will be around a LOOOOONG time, though accelerated entropy could render it inert and immobile at ANY time.
ReplyDeleteThe camels will be fitted to hold a Tesla shell of a car/ truck.
Deletegood thing those camels are there to pull that piece of junk/trash bin back to town.
ReplyDeleteHaha! I never thought I'd see one of those atrocities in the wild, especially in my small flyover town. But, I did see it, so I laughed and laughed...
