The spicy does have a bit of a kick, but definitely not a super burn. The mild is mild. You have to stir it as it separates. It is crunchy. I will be using this in several ways, and I'll report on what I think. Certainly an interesting product/concept.

DeletePut a bit in the bottom of a bowl, then a few bites of raw bluefin tuna. Heaven.
