And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I own a few similar pieces of gear. My guess is that you are looking at $5,000-10,000, if you had to buy it all now. Cut that by more than half if acquired 10 years ago or more. My climbing activities are not so serious as to require this extensive a collection. You can have a lot of fun bouldering or doing small walls with just a simple belay line and a few bits of hardware.

ReplyDelete30+ years ago, did some 5.7-5.8 top-roping, no free climbing. I was a sole person LLC, couldn't take the risk. But loved doing what I did.
