    1. Nope, Spanish. Built in the early '50s when the Spanish economy was crap. It had an aluminium V8 of 2.8 litres, with the optional supercharger they set a speed record of 151mph. Love the red sidewalls.

  6. Dang! I got the year range right but it was from Spain, that there is a 1952 Pegaso Cupula. Wow!

    In case anyone is interested, Pegaso is still in business and builds a unique set of heavy trucks used in Spain and the EU, which have doube front axle steering and double fixed rear axle sets. Have seen a lot of cement trucks using their chassis.
