Kamala, that's not a memorial in honor of McCain, that's a monument in celebration of shooting him down.

 But I guess he was a Republican, so there's that.

An amazing display of competence and patriotism in our soon to be president.  If true, which, frankly, I find hard to believe, even for this top notch administration.
