And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Yes, it's unusual. Usually you have to go south into Mexican waters. But the currents change from year to year and sometimes they move north along with the albacore.

ReplyDeleteYeah, tuna pops fluctuate greatly and their migration pattern is also very affected by ocean surface temps, so this could be a result of many different factors, or not.
ReplyDeleteJust sayin' And being a marine biologist is just an affirmation that we really don't know what the hell is going on out there. And there are an unscrupulous bunch that foment hell is coming soon if you don't fund their projects.
That fish is literally worth hundreds of thousands sold to the Japanese. They will have that beast sliced up into sashimi and sushi within minutes of touchdown at the airport!!!
