And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I can't believe anyone could survive the shame of taking this to the register and saying, "I'll take this."
So is this a naughty magazine for men or for women?
Take it to the register? Nonsense! You went as a group of 13 year old boys and tried to read it in the store while no was looking. Then you dared each other to steal it. Once stolen, it becomes group treasure to pass around weekly.
Of course this was all before the internet ruined porn. Kids today have no idea what we went thru to see nekkid ladies.
That was one of the percs of going to deer camp as a youngster. There was a ton of reading material that was available. Some issues were even smuggled home at the end of the week..............
This type of magazine was very popular when I was a youngster back in the early 1950's. That was before there was a Comics Code Authority Seal of Approval.

Yes, it would have to be stolen. Another valid reason everyone's parents said such mags would corrupt the youth.
