And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Reminds me of an episode of the old Outer Limits series called "Cry Of Silence" starring Eddie Albert and June Havoc where they are attacked by tumbleweeds that are possessed by an alien intelligence...............

Looks like you are traveling over a rise and wouldn't be able to see oncoming traffic. Where the road flattens out it becomes normal broken center line again...
They look cool when they are hit at high speed, they just explode! Then the central stick jams into your radiator, and you are done. Never run those over, not worth it.
When they're green we called the Iron Weeds. They are tough to hoe up, and when they dry and break off, they leave a tripper in the ground that sticks up about 3 inches. Evil creations....
