Quiet Sundays are the best for doing little odd jobs that kinda need doing around the house, and also for cooking with the dutch oven. 

Today, it's Oklahoma comfort food, ham hocks and beans, seen below just before I put on the lid and loaded on the briquets. I soaked the beans all night, and they look really good.  Everything will simmer for five hours or so, and at some point towards the end I'll add some onions.

It ought to be the best!
