And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The explosive range for methane/air mixtures is about 4% to about 13% methane. Rupturing the tanks produces a mixed layer on the surface of a hge methane bubble that burns rather than explodes. A good example is the crash of the Hinemberg.
When the Houthis started acting up, LNG tankers immediately rerouted around Cape Hope to avoid the Red Sea. Depending on LNG to keep the lights on is a risky bet. Those tanks are thin metal and thick insulation, highly vulnerable.
