And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My favorite walleye. The Queen's Gambit was an interesting story. Although they showed quite a bit of casual and deliberate misogyny as was common in the 60s, its probably the case that the 60s were even more misogynistic than what they showed. I have a good friend (a military brat) who can't watch Mad Men because it brings back too many unwelcome memories about the misogyny in her youth. She is a very sensitive person about that.
