As sniper said a modern broadhead will pass through and through a deer and so a human easily. The flint should unless it shatters on a bone as many an archeologist study has proven. Seems Izzy the Iceman had such a shattered flint arrowhead in him.
Level 4 plates will stop both the flint and modern arrows.
