The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The drivers are good but if you look at the video, it's speeded up so you don't see the guys on the deck giving the driver signals as he's backing up. Not something that you would probably want to do your first day on the job but a month or so in and you'd be fine.
