The Toy for grown men

  1. Tires sure are clean.

  2. Seems more like a "tween" machine. Tires are off-road truck-ish than actual UTV mud/dirt/sand tires. And a wing, that is mostly blocked. Is it really going to see speeds in the gravel where the wing will be useful? More form than function going on here.

  3. SIERRA Echo R-Spec, $75k. Enclosed trailer $15k. Tow vehicle $50k.

My toys tend to be cheaper, but then I value being debt-free.

  4. It's missing a quad .50 mount or 20-mm Oerlikon.

  5. I see these insanely expensive toys being hauled around on trailers and the back of trucks all the time here in Colorado. I am sad to think that between these "side by sides" and electric bicycles, the serenity of the wilds will never recover.

  6. I'm an outdoors guy, but I wouldn't mind seeing these damn things outlawed because of the mess they leave behind in the hands of irresponisble owners that think they're Steve McQueen, in a movie. Want to blast around a track ? Great. Want to scream up every hill you see in the National Forest, to prove your manhood? No.

  7. The dirt's tough but, the streets neat.

  8. If you can't afford that toy, but want something sort of similar and exciting, go buy yourself an Alfa Romeo MiTo.
They were made from 2008 through to 2010 or 11, and have a 1.4 turbo'd motor with a 6 speed gearbox, and are the best fun on 4 wheels at a very cheap cost.
I have one and often go out on a weekend, find a country road, and throw the MiTo up on three wheels on most corners.
