Ingredients: For the Cake Layers: • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/4 tsp salt • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 1/2 cups sugar • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 2 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk • 1 cup boiling water For the Cookie Dough Frosting: • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/4 tsp salt • 2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated to ensure safety, or use pasteurized flour) • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips • 1/4 cup milk (more if needed for consistency) For the Toppings: • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted for drizzle) • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional) • 1/2 cup cookie dough balls (for decoration) Instructions: 1. Make the Cake Layers: o Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
