And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'm having major work on my house, had to clear a lot of stuff out. Family mementoes and a few pints of raspberry vinegar. My mum made it for my dad to put on his Yorkshire puddings. Y'all gun have'ta google that to know what I'm on about.😉 I recommend it. Proper Yorkshires, mind you.
got some good black raspberry patches out back. they are really sensitive to shade and sun. i've learned to be selective in my pruning attempts when i do the trees and brush around them.
While living in Pennsylvania for quite a long time, I had a nice garden that included several black raspberry plants. For many years the fruit was sweet and juicy. Now I live in Colorado, and it seems if nothing, but scraggly weeds grow outside.
I love them.

ReplyDeleteToo dry, maybe, but not too hot. Pick a place that is sun in the morning and shaded after noon and they will do fine. Just keep em watered.
