And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Those mid 60s Caddies were nice looking rides. after about 79 or so the designers forgot what a good looking car ought to look like. I almost bought a red 67 Eldorado from my insurance guy, but I had no place to store it , and I didn't want it sitting outside .

ReplyDeleteA buddy of mine had a '65 CdV, back when they were just old used cars. A magnificent beast when we could afford to put gas in it. A LOT of gas.
Parked in the desert... I'd check behind those rocks to make sure there's not a couple of 'wise guys' and a dead body.
