an essential element of flight training: the pilots mind always needs to be ahead of the aircraft. if you are reacting to what the aircraft is doing it got ahead of you while you allowed yourself to lag behind. which is why I learned to fly a Cessna, not an F15.
this young ladies brain knows what she is doing and what she needs to do while she is spinning and flipping and twisting. keeping track of what is happening and planning ahead while gyrating. her brain is revving like a Ducati.
Guys do this as well but their relative height works against them as the center of mass is a bit strung out. Its physics - mass centralisation makes for agility. Motorbikes discovered this a long time ago and Yamaha's FZ750 was arguably the earliest mainstream example.
