  4. Underground tank is almost empty, probably has immersed pump that was NOT wired to NEC standards (it is the ME after all), so one leetle spark with the right fuel/air mix and ... kablooey! Never underestimate the ability of an Arab to screw things up, never!

    1. I know you're kidding, but I'm feeling pedantic. Cell phones lack the field strength to ignite vapors and they are not known to produce a lot of sparks. Short answer, despite all the hubbub from the media (those purveyors of truth), there is no chance your cell phone can light gasoline vapors.
