  6. That was the emergency exit on the Mercury capsule. Had to unbolt the instrument panel and squirm around in the cabin to "egress" (NASA talk).

  8. I just watched the old movie, "Apallo 13" on Netflix. What a primitive way to fly to the moon.

    1. Oh I can understand that, no Fusion-reactor, no gravity drive and GASP! no shields! And then you're crawling in Zero-G for - what? - three days to the moon? And than that shit-capsule explodes around your ears and GASP! you have to repair it yourself!
