Doing a whiskey tasting this evening (seven people in the house), and Green Spot is one of five.
I get bananas, then yeast/bread. Very smooth up front, then a "whoosh" of burn.
Still, Redwood Empire Grizzly Beast is the best combo of smoothness and complexity.
Just an opinion.
Redwood Empire is some darn good hooch! I'm working on some Pipe Dream currently. Always curious about Green Spot, but I just love the Redbreast too much so far to be turned...perhaps to my loss.
