  5. That's a passel of good hunting companions, even untrained I've found they understand and love the hunt. Chaotic, but fun for all. (except for those uptight "gentlemen" who hunt over pro-trained dogs) I consider it a "hunt" not a slaughter. If they flush it too soon and I miss the shot... one less to clean, still hunted and took a shot. Spent time with my dogs.
    Miss my Goldens.

  6. Actually that photo is a perfect example of the social structure of that pack. The one with the firm pose in front is the leader. The ones with their tongues hanging are the enthusiastic followers. The ones in the back are the reluctant followers. The two at the back corners are wondering how they got themselves into this mess. In short , it resembles portraits of the Democratic Party in the US and the Lieberals in Canada.

    1. Nope, end of the day at bird dog training school. Democrats and Canadian Liberals ain't smart enough to run with that crowd. And they are to lazy to get up off the pocch.

  7. Yes, there can be dog owner excessive behavior. One is fine, living outdoors, a working and nocturnal, farm dog.
