And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Yup, between 1000 to 1200 rpm. No gaps for the enemy to luck through. I shot one a couple times in the late 90's. It doesn't recoil ANYTHING like a 600 rpm, M60 (which I shot while in the Army Guard. The MG42 has a steady push, very controllable. My buddy was a Hollyweird, protected class 3 guy. He kept his permit WAY passed most of the other Commiefornia, machine gun guys. He was also, the first armorer to perfect the reliable, blank firing, 1911.
Some years ago the company I worked for arranged a day paintballing. One of our ex employees turned up, parked next to the boss and pulled a gun similar to that out of his boot.
