  6. A sister had a bridge like that in Big Sur, CA. A river cut through the property, and you took the bridge to get from the parking area to the other side where the house was. Water depth would go from inches to 20+feet during a rain storm.

    1. Sis's bridge was the only affordable way to bridge it, due to the laws that forbid any changes in the waterway itself. (f'n CA!)
