I cut a 3/4" schedule 40 piece at the bottom of a hole the day before yesterday with the ratcheting hand trimmer, with the angle is was a little difficult to get started. If I'd used this one I'd have had to re-dig the hole to get the tool to fit... if I was doing a LOT of cutting of PVC I'd buy one!
