Last week the sixteen year old and I made a spur of the moment visit to the local pound, and while there we liberated this fellow.
He is a Russian Blue, so we named him Sergei, and he seems to fit in quite well here at home.
Yet another critter to add to the menagerie.
Always wanted a Russian Blue - great kitties with good temperaments. Congrats on the new addition (and thanks for giving one a forever home)
ReplyDeleteNo kidding. After we got home with him I read up on the breed on Wikipedia, and the description fits him to a "T."
ReplyDeleteAs friendly as he is, he definitely needs a family with a bunch of teenagers to play with. We are glad we made the stop at the pound that day.
