  1. Yeah...luck was a factor. A gust of wind at the wrong moment could have dramatically changed the outcome.

  2. I've seen the whole vid of this. The gut spent a LOT of time sizing up the situation and using wedges. I suspect he was smart enough to pick a day with zero wind. Skills not luck.

  3. Undoubtedly but all it took to change the result was a squirrel leaping onto the tree

  4. I cut down a dozen big trees around my place and not one hit the house. It's not rocket science.

  6. The common god of that land decided that that tree would grow big and healthy.
Then he, or the people paying him, decided their god was an idiot and so they had that tree cut down.
You can see at the end of the video where he adopts his final stance, ready for god's lightening strike of vengeance with a bit of brimstone smell added for effect.

    2. "The common god of that land" -
That tells me WilliamRocket is an atheist. The lower case g in God is confirmation.
That also tells me that WilliamRocket is beyond help.

    3. Will is merely the product of the problem. He is referring to the fallen angel. The missing link of evolution was not lost. It was banished. The overly educated godless savages exist on a plane of feelings unrelated to truth and reality. Hatred rules the feelings and trees are sacred. We are not the same.

  7. My ex was a faller, and then the boss of the whole logging company. I've seen it up close and personal. NOT luck. Pure talent and good sense. I consider these men to be sent to us from heaven. -- nines
