And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
No front bumper? Looks low to me but could just be the camera angle. Not for drivers over 5' 10" as the head and leg room, well, isn't much. But it sure does present like a million bucks.
In 1959, when my family lived in Japan, my father, a career Air Force officer, ordered a Jaguar Mark 2 sedan that was delivered to our home in Tokyo. The front end of his family car looked very similar to this XK120.
