And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Sounds like fun, Ghost. When i was in Junior HS, we had a neighbor who was a serious metal fabricator. His garage was full of metal working tools. One year he got into knives. He went to a local junkyard and picked up maybe 25 or 30 of.the largest bearings he could find. He split out the balls or rollers and took the races to his hacksaw and cut them. Then on to the forge and anvil to straighten them out He then shaped and worked them into blades. He taught us boys the process and we made our own. Good times!
