Never park any vehicle under a pine tree. The sap is difficult to remove and branches break off even in modest winds. Then there's the needles getting into every nook and cranny.
Pine pitch, especially on the windscreen. I used to clean my late girlfriends CRV to remove the pitch, it smeared when the she used the wipers. She didn't have the 'muscle' to get it off, or the reach. Miss her, not the pine pitch.
