And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Having just returned from Montana, I can tell you that cherries are big stuff around the Flathead Lake area
It's Traverse (not Travers) City, my long term friend Russ Schindler lives there.
20 years ago, came close to buying a house as a rental property on the west side of Flathead Lake near to Bigfork. Why? Woman I met there, Phyillis. A succulent, intelligent redhead.
Only $400K back then. Am sure it's over $2MM now. Damn.
The northern part of Michigan is also a major Cherry growing region. The little town of Travers City has stores with nothing but cherry products.

Property is more expensive now than it is in most of California (outside the Bay Area and LA). Amazing.
