And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'll take a stab at it. Start with a top sliced sub roll, perhaps the Pretzel variety. Lay down a thin bed of fried hash brown potatoes, flanked with 2 slices of fried bacon. The sausage cylinder itself appears to be home made from ground sausage and fried at the same time as the bacon. Then either fried scrambled, or nasty assed dippy, eggs cooked in budda and sprinkled with chopped fresh chives. If I made that the roll would receive a slight smear of mayo.
A decent home cook with a proper larder and tools could assemble that combo in about 1/2 an hour.

No mayo, perhaps a little sour cream or better yet, cream cheese.
