    1. Exactly. Frank Gehry was that type, thinking he’s a genius with crumpled up paper as inspiration. Imagine the cost to build that monstrosity (while the ‘nose in the air’ crowd act all proud of their new building).

  6. Due to the unpredictability cost over runs are enormous on projects like this.
    I'm an architect and if such a project was presented to me I would charge 4 times the normal rate.
