And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? I think they need to totally shake up the GP racing, go to 2 valve pushrod, normally aspirated, max displacement 402ci, 5 speed gear box, metal frames and suspension components, max 110 octane gasoline,(no additives), everyone has to use fuel from a single on track pump source, no other rules, except carry over their present race car safety regulations. It would possibly bring back privateering and a wide range of innovation.

Those beautiful old cars sure killed a lot of drivers. It is astonishing what today's drivers can walk away from crashing todays machines.
