  2. Junkers 52, the German equivalent of the DC-3. Around 5,000 were built. The Fokker Trimotor has the wing above the fuselage.

  4. Lufthansa has a perfectly restored JU-52 which they operate around the world for publicity purposes. In the 80's they brought it to the US and I got a ride on it.
