And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Check out 633 Squadron. Great flick for the flying scenes that used actual Mosquitos. Shame that they attempted to make fighter-bombers out of late Mark bombers. The bombers and photo reconnaissance variants were the sharp looking birds.
Boresighting the guns at a range with an earthen berm as a backstop. They'd jack the tail up to keep from spraying countryside. They did this with all aircraft, but it was definitely easier with nose-mounted guns since they didn't have to converge at a given range like wing-miunted guns.
For those that have not watched any videos on the mosquito, you should, it was an amazing and capable plane.
