  2. Interesting. They must have run that pic through a filter to make it appear older, or maybe it's just a low res crop. The Colorado Air National Guard flew P-51s right after WW2. This bird appears to be the one from the heritage flight last year.

  3. The WW-2 Museum of Flight in Colorado Springs has a hanger full of functioning aircraft. It is amazing!!!

  4. There is a great Military Aircraft museum in Virginia Beach. A must see, and whilst I was there, they had the only airworthy Mosquito on the planet. Others have resurfaced in the meantime, I think.
